Aerogreens is an urban farm in Jakarta growing microgreens, edible flowers, herbs, and specialty vegetables hydroponically — harvested to order. This website and its online payments are operated by CV Anugerah Satria Agro, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We serve both retail customers and business partners (hotels, restaurants, caterers, and distributors).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, placing an order, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Products & Availability
- All products are fresh and harvested to order. Availability may change with the season and the harvest.
- Product photos are illustrative. Natural colour, size, and shape may vary slightly because these are living, farm-grown products.
- We may decline or cancel an order for out-of-stock items and will notify you if we do.
4. Prices
- All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- Prices exclude delivery unless stated otherwise. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Prices may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed.
5. Orders
Orders may be placed through the online store, WhatsApp, or our partner form. An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation and/or your payment is successfully received. Please ensure your contact and delivery details are correct; Aerogreens is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
6. Payment
- Payments are processed securely through Xendit, a licensed payment service provider in Indonesia. Available methods include QRIS and Virtual Account (bank transfer).
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed in full.
- For business partners with credit/invoice terms, payment follows the terms stated on the invoice.
7. Delivery
- Within Greater Jakarta: fast delivery (usually same-day for orders placed before the daily cut-off).
- Outside the city: shipped via courier partners; the estimated time is shown at checkout.
- Because our products are perishable, please receive and store them promptly on arrival.
8. Cancellation
Because products are harvested to order, cancellation is only possible before the product has been harvested/prepared. Please contact us as soon as possible for any cancellation request.
9. Quality & Liability
We are committed to delivering fresh, quality products. If there is a quality issue, our Return & Refund Policy applies. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the products ordered.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logo, text, photos, and design) belongs to Aerogreens / CV Anugerah Satria Agro and may not be used without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
