A farm built inside the city it feeds.
Most produce in Indonesia travels for days before it reaches a plate. We thought that was backwards. So we built Aerogreens in the heart of Jakarta — a hydroponic urban farm growing clean, certified-organic produce a few kilometres from the kitchens that serve it.
What began as a few trays of microgreens now supplies more than 700 restaurants, hotels and grocers across the country — without a single hectare of new farmland. Same-day fresh, every day.
